Sounds Write (Phonics) and Key Stage 1 Reading
We teach Phonics through 'Sounds Write.' It is a linguistic programme which has a purpose to support professionals to deliver a comprehensive system with which to teach reading, spelling and writing.
Our Reading scheme is matched to follow the sequence of sounds that the children are learning, through the main use of Dandelion Phonics Books which is a phonic reading series using the progression of the Sounds Write programme.
